Wild Heritage advocates for policies in the United States and internationally that recognize the exceptional value of primary forests. Primary forests are at the confluence of many of the world’s most pressing crises, including climate change and the threats to Indigenous cultures and biodiversity. Wild Heritage works to keep these forests free from industrial activity, and fights for the restoration of degraded forests so that over time they begin to recover their primary-forest values.
